Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Fit-n-Fat for your prepared meal needs! We are committed to providing you with delicious, high-quality meals and excellent service. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and quality assurance.

 

 

No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (freshly prepared food), we cannot accept returns of any meal plans or individual meals. Once a meal leaves our facility for delivery or pickup, it is considered a final sale.

Order Cancellation and Modification

To ensure the freshness of ingredients and timely preparation of your meals, we adhere to a strict cut-off time for cancellations and modifications:

  • Cancellation Deadline: You MUST cancel or modify your order for the following week's delivery or pickup BEFORE midnight (12:00 AM) EST on the Friday prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • Late Cancellations: Orders canceled after the Friday midnight deadline have already entered our production schedule, and ingredients have been ordered. Therefore, late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Quality Assurance and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our meals and are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. While we cannot accept returns, if you encounter an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order):

  • A meal is clearly spoiled or unsafe to eat.

  • An incorrect meal was delivered (e.g., received a chicken meal instead of a vegetarian meal).

  • The packaging was severely damaged upon arrival, compromising the meal's integrity.

Our Commitment to You:

  • Upon review and verification of a valid quality issue, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation promptly.

  • Resolution options may include, but are not limited to, a credit for the affected meal(s) towards a future order, a replacement meal (where feasible), or a partial refund for the specific item(s) in question.

  • Our goal is to make any bad situation right and ensure your continued satisfaction with our service.
